Our lab focuses on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), cardiovascular disease, and CRISPR research. We utilize genome editing tools like CRISPR to interrogate the mechanisms underlying cardiovascular diseases.

We are particularly excited to combine iPSCs and high-throughput CRISPR screening to push the boundaries of basic and translational research in cardio-oncology and inherited cardiovascular disorders. By understanding the genetic and molecular basis of these diseases, we aim to develop innovative therapies that can improve patient outcomes.
