Dr. Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Physiology and Medicine with appointments in the Cancer and Cardiovascular Centers at MCW. Chun has published papers in Science, Cell Stem Cell, Nature Cardiovascular Research, Science Translational Medicine, Cell, Circulation, and Circulation Research. Chun's lab is interested in induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), cardiovascular disease, and CRISPR research. His lab utilizes genome editing tools like CRISPR to interrogate the mechanisms underlying cardiovascular diseases. Chun lab is excited to combine iPSCs and high-throughput CRISPR screening to push the boundaries of basic and translational research in cardio-oncology and inherited cardiovascular disorders.
